I have been here a handful of times. Once for brakes and the service man told me I didn’t need them and didn’t charge for a diagnosis! Another time my car was on its last leg and once again, a diagnosis for no charge as they weren’t able to fix the car! They are honest and very reasonable!

Took my car in for brakes today. Got a call regarding my brakes, asking me what exactly was wrong with the brakes. I told him they were squishy and repairman said both brakes were fine! No brakes needed! What honesty! Lots of places would have sold me hook line and sinker! Not Fishers!! I will be going back!

GREAT SERVICE, THEY HAD THE TIRES IN STOCK, THEY MOUNTED THE TIRES AS REQUESTED, THEY HAD COFFEE , DRINKS AND SNACKS WHILE YOU WAITED. ALL EMPLOYES WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. Worked me in on a Saturday on short notice. Did the alignment check, alignment, rotated my tires and did an oil change. Yes, they had my car most of the day, but I was fine leaving it. I'm sure if I were waiting for it at the shop, they would have finished it sooner. Friendly service.

We had 2 blowouts on an RV we were transporting which left us on the side of the interstate. After contacting the Farragut store which was nearby, we took 2 wheels to them for new tires. Long story short....we ultimately had to go back with the other 2 wheels to replace all 4. Everyone on staff was SO helpful, and worked quickly to get us back on the road. The price was even less than quoted over the phone. Rest assured you will be in good hands at Fisher Tire! Their customer service is outstanding! Thank you all at the Farragut store for all you did for us!
