You know it's a great place when the employees stick around for years and years. Absolutely the best people and the best service. The big chains will never beat a family-owned business like this when it comes to people, these guys know your name. 5 stars

I purchased tires from another supplier and went in for an alignment . Fisher tire offers a free alignment check. I was planning on paying the $79.99 plus tax for the 4 wheel alignment and didn't even have an appointment with Fisher tire. They came back to me within an hour and told me my alignment checked out good so they didn't have to perform one. One word......Honesty folks! Thank you !

I see I reviewed them in 2017. Time for an update from me then. I had my car towed to them after a tire blowout on Broadway coupled with a battery failure. Triple A suggested a different place but as I gave Fisher Tire a call. I've trusted them for a long time now and that trust was once again backed up by great service and real kindness. I had no spare so I did need a new tire. I ended up getting two new ones (I knew I needed them). Fisher Tire suggested I wait to get the second two. Once there I inquired about a taxi when they realized I lived close by. Mr. Bob ended up graciously giving me a ride home and picking me up the next day to get my car! When my car was ready I received a call and it turned out my battery was just fine but a little loose so they tightened it. Mr. Bob picked me up as promised exactly on time. I was thinking of these things later and reflected on the excellent service and their assessment of the things I did NOT need to buy right then. It's not often that happens these days so I wanted to make sure I thanked them in a review. These folks have been a great help to me for a long time now and it means so much to me. Thanks Fisher Tire and Mr. Bob. I appreciate you!

I have been to Fishers Tire on Broadway for service for the past 3 years at least 2 or 3 times a year. I do most of my own work and know about my vehicles. But at times time dosent allow me to do the work myself. The work done on my front end work done on my truck was not only extensive and labor intense .But the truck is 30 years old and nothing came apart easily.They had my truck for 2 days and it was like brand new when I picked it up. I have purchased 3 sets of tires and have had other work done. The people at Fisher are the best in the area. Everyone from the Front desk to the shop. Couldn't ask for Better people ,service and Honesty.

The Fisher tire at Kingston Pike is a great ,honest dealership. I bought a Mercedes from the local Knoxville dealer and even though my new car came with a warranty, I use Fisher tire for many of the problems I have with the car. I came in today with a broken windshield wiper after being ignored by the Mercedes Dealer here in West Knoxville. Dan answered the phone at Fisher and told me to come right over. They fixed my windshield wiper for free and I was on my way--no waiting and the staff was kind and helpful. I also bought tires from them last year for the same car after the Mercedes dealer told me it would be several days to get them in. Fisher had them the next morning and installed them quickly and competently. They are an excellent business and I have recommended this location to friends.
