I showed up early this morning and they had everything finished for me in a couple of hours. I appreciate knowing they check my tires, top off my fluids and do other small checks that I would surely forget about. My car had been doing some squeaking so they checked her over and did some greasing for me. Always pleasant, easy going people. As a single woman who does not know much about cars I feel safe bringing my car into them.

My 2003 Mustang had a tire vibration that a shop near me could not correct. I called Fisher Tire and spoke with Gary and we arranged for me to have the vehicle there early this morning. Gary was in lot when I arrived and we discussed the issue. The vehicle was immediately taken in and was a pleasure to drive on the way home. I cannot remember when I have had a more satisfying visit to a repair facility of any type. There was no extra talk and no trying to sell me something I did not need. The professionalism was something that is far too rare in these times. One thing is certain, Fisher Tire will remain in my memory when work is needed in the future.

Had a slow leak in one tire and a second tire was low. Was visiting the UT campus so called Fisher. Was told they could take care of us but it would take 2.5 hours. They repaired the nail holes in one tire and removed the second tire to examine it. The tech (Vern) went above and beyond. Was done in 45 minutes and only cost $25 Superb people and business.

Great Old Fashion Customer Service! As a result of my own carelessness, I found myself scrambling for a replacement tire for my Subaru Outback. Fisher indicated by phone that they had the brand/size tire I needed in stock. I went to the Bearden location and they immediately began working to install the replacement tire--no waiting. I was pleased with the friendly, professional staff. The tire was installed quickly and I asked about a military discount which they granted saving me a little money. To top all that, I inquired about additional car services because my brake light was coming on and the representative took a look under the hood to discover that my brake fluid was low. He topped it off for me at no additional charge. Great people and a great business. Thanks for making a costly mistake on my part not as painful due to the manner in which you assisted me in resolving it.

I Called Bobby at 12 pm on Saturday and told him I really need 6 new tires on my workvan, he had the tire in stock and prices Were awesome!! I Got there at 1245 , they close at 2 pm . It's so hard for me to get there on a weekday. He and the whole bunch are great!! Thanks!
